We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Leader to build and execute a high-impact demand generation strategy across all our products.
This role will focus on identifying, nurturing, and converting high-quality leads within the life sciences and laboratory software solution space.
As an ideal candidate, you have a record of SaaS sales success in this domain.
You're organized and creative, driven to tackle the challenge of acquiring and developing new business.
And like us, you're collaborative, entrepreneurial, agile, fast-moving, innovative and customer-focused.
You're a natural hunter and consultative seller with the ability to develop relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
You will be supported by product owners, proposal teams and references from several large, mid-size, and smaller life sciences organizations globally.
This is a senior sales role with a sales quota.
People with a sales background may apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop & Execute Lead Generation Strategies.
- Design and implement multi-channel lead generation campaigns (email, LinkedIn, webinars, phone calls).
- Optimize inbound & outbound lead acquisition through targeted outreach and automation.
Market & Industry Specialization.
- Identify and engage decision-makers in biotech, pharma, CROs, CDMOs, and research labs.
- Other industry laboratories for LIMS will be a plus.
- Position our Preclinical Software, LIMS, ELN, QMS, and AI solutions effectively for different lab functions.
Sales & Marketing Alignment.
- Work closely with sales teams to refine lead qualification criteria and ensure smooth handoff.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling messaging and content.
Data-Driven Growth.
- Use CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools to track lead performance.
- Continuously refine targeting, messaging, and campaign ROI.
Essential Qualifications:.
- 10+ years of B2B lead generation experience, preferably in SaaS, life sciences, or laboratory software.
- Strong understanding of Preclinical, LIMS, ELN, QMS, and AI solutions in laboratory environments.
- Proven ability to build and optimize lead generation funnels using tools like HubSpot, Marketo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and automation platforms.
- Experience targeting scientific, quality, and IT professionals in pharma, biotech, and research labs.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in campaign performance tracking and conversion optimization.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A Bachelor's or higher degree is desired.
