Responsibilities:
Strategic:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, technique and tactics to meet business goals
- Identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Train the sales team to improve their performance and reach their true potential
- Coordinate with management to develop sales plan, budget and schedule
Implementation:
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and build positive working relationship with them for repeat business
- Drive sales closures and assist team for negotiations
- Participate in sales conferences, industry meetings, and social networks to represent company
- Present detailed sales forecast reports to top management on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Effectively organize and balance tasks and priorities to keep multiple projects on track
