Chief Financial Officer - Accounts
Financial Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organization's goals
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Management for informed decision-making
Financial reporting:
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analysis
- Monitor key financial metrics and variances, and provide explanations and corrective actions as needed
Treasury & Cash Management:
- Manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs
- Monitor banking activities and manage relationships with financial institutions
- Financial modelling & enabling capital for the growth journey of the organisation.
Investor Relations:
- Providing financial data to investors and ensuring due diligence is closed on time
- Providing monthly data to investors and resolving queries
- Ensuring legal compliances
Risk Management & Compliances:
- Identify financial risks and opportunities and develop strategies to mitigate risks
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and standards
- Accounting: Supervise accounting team responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and other accounting functions. Cost accounting. Inventory Management.
- Financial Controls: Establish and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets and maintain data integrity
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business decisions, including investment opportunities, cost reduction strategies, and pricing models
- Leadership: Team and Stakeholder Management: Lead the team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Project Operations, Sales to drive financial alignment with business objectives
