The firm has 7000+ retail presence with revenue 51,134 million INR for year 2017 with net profit of 4081 million INR. Xtep is setting up its foot into India with high vision.
Responsibilities:
- Sports industry preferred.
- Bachelor's degree plus 7 + years of relevant experience in retail or e-commerce desired.
- Taking full ownership and responsibility in expansion of brand outlet through company owned showroom and franchise model.
- Good knowledge of Bangalore catchment including South market for future expansion.
- Share in dept-knowledge of retail expansion and relationship with mall manager and high street owner.
- Build effective business relationships with multi brand outlets and malls.
- Have proven track record in closing/managing partnership deals and organizing activities
- Proven negotiating skills and influencing abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - prioritization, planning and task delegation
- Business Development and PR activity.
- The role would be responsible for Net sales target achievement, aligning partners to store expansion, consolidation and renovations.
- It involves high levels of engagement in franchise partner management and best in class execution in retail operations for the region.
- One of the key deliverables of this role is to grow store KPIs, people and space productivity and overall channel growth.
- To recommend to key Franchisees an appropriate organizational framework/operational structure.
- Drive store portfolio development in collaboration with Real Estate team through excellent Planning & detailing.
