Job Specification Role Assistant Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis Duties and Responsibilities:- Key objective - The incumbent will be responsible for financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting to drive business performance - Management and operational reporting, forecasting and strategic planning, annual budgeting for India business - Guide cost analysis, providing trends and forecasts - Comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts - Work closely with the CFO and CEO to help drive key insights and analytics on business performance - Perform ad-hoc analysis on market, competition, product portfolio and other tasks from time to time Qualification & Experience - Under 30 years of age, CA/MBA from a good Top 20 business school with a total of 4-6 years of experience, including 2-3 years of experience in investment banking/consulting - Strong financial acumen and detail-oriented - Ability to deal with ambiguity and work under tight deadlines - Transparent in communication. Can assert point of view openly Skills - Strong decision making and problem-solving skills. - Resilient, good under pressure and ability to manage a stressful environment. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
