Job overview:

He/ She will be responsible to transform the logistics processes across E-commerce and Transportation verticals for cost and efficiency through definition of operational constructs.

Job Description:

- Process- engineering/ re-engineering of processes in Logistics industry to eliminate non-value-added activities.

- Standardize the processes in First Mile/ Last Mile/ Sortation centers for faster in-bound and out-bound of items and faster turn arounds.

- Work closely with stakeholders to define systems and KPI's to suit the business priorities that evolves time to time.

- Facilitate Documentation of processes and work with stakeholders for an effective change management.

- Support Operations team in problem solving for seamless execution of processes.

- Liaise with Central Design team members for Tech solutions and support faster deployment of structural solves.

Skillsets:

- Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills

- Ability to influence other leaders & teams and align them towards the common, shared objectives.

- Stakeholder Management skills

- Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification:

- Postgraduate from tier 1/2 Engineering/ Business schools

- Experience of 6-8 years with at least 3-4 years in e-commerce/logistics set up.

- Knowledge on E-commerce operations and Transport Management System (preferable)

- Strong Communication and presentation skills

- Six Sigma GB/BB Certified
