Responsibilities :
1. Liaise with business leaders and regional stakeholders spread across the country to design and develop appropriate learning solutions
2. Develop content, training calendar, execution plan for Pan India roll out
3. Update content on regular basis to suit changing business situations and audiences
4. Facilitate Ops, System, and Behavioral workshops for blue and white collared employees
5. Conduct TTT for trainers and operations SMEs at regular intervals
6. Ensure training effectiveness PAN India for assigned business vertical
Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Attitude (KSA) :
1. Ability to liaise with business leaders and draw out a thorough execution plan in spite of ambiguity
2. Facilitation of operations, system, behavioral trainings
3. Ability to work with peers within and across teams on complex projects
4. Design and execute relevant, time efficient training processes that help deliver training easily and effectively
5. Fluency in English and Hindi (an additional regional language will be preferred)
6. 5+ years of experience in e-commerce/warehousing/supply chain / cargo industry
Open to travel to remote locations at least 10-12 days a month
Desirable Knowledge, Skills, and Attitude (KSA) :
1. Strong Content Development skills
2. Exposure to basic leadership skills workshops
3. MIS skills
