Xped - Manager - Warehouse

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse Manager shall be responsible for managing & maintaining the warehouse function end to end & upkeep of warehouse.

2. Coordinate with concerned stakeholders & access the space requirement for material storage.

3. Coordinate with concerned stakeholders for material delivery schedule, planning & follow-up.

4. Responsible for safe handling of material in warehouse, during inward & outward process.

5. Responsible for inward receipt of material & ensuring proper documentation & records upkeep.

6. Responsible for outward of material, obtaining & creating necessary documents for material outward & ensuring proper documentation & records upkeep.

7. Maintaining updated material movement register (inward v/s outward).

8. Maintain & store indent records.

9. Report stock status regularly & raise alarm on minimum stock of particular material.

10. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for Material Inspection.

11. Coordinate with relevant departments in case of any Insurance claim process requirement.

12. Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal by supervising, organizing and directing manpower.

13. Train & manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues, reach short- and long-term performance goals.

14. Manage transportation vehicles for in bound and out bound logistics operations.

15. Resolve any delivery related complaint, issues quickly and effectively.

16. Maintain the security of warehouse and effective ways to reduce shrinkage.

17. Review, monitor and maintain required documents for safety, security and quality processe.

18. Manage dispatch operations for both D2C and B2B orders, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.

19. Oversee packing processes, ensuring product quality and damage-free delivery to customers.

20. Take full ownership of inventory management, including stock monitoring, audits, and reconciliations.

21. Supervise warehouse operations, maintaining organization, cleanliness, and security.

22. Operate and manage shipping portals like Shiprocket, resolving issues and optimizing efficiency.

Experience / Skill Set:

1. Minimum 2+ years work experience in Metro railway (Telecom works).

2. Should have good knowledge in MS Office.

3. Should have good communication skill to handle Clients and auditors.

4. Experience in logistics, dispatch, and warehouse management.

5. Proficiency in shipping platforms like Shiprocket.

6. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.

7. Familiarity with inventory software and Microsoft Excel.
