Location - Xoxoday Head Office, Bangalore (HSR Layout)
What you'll be doing:
- Manage a team of sales executives, set and track sales targets for the team.
- Mentor the sales team to increase their productivity.
- Owns responsibility of sales target for his/her sales region & team.
- Open to travel to on-field locations to mentor resources & help them with closures.
- Meet prospective clients and conduct effective product demonstrations that emphasize the product features and benefits with a focus on the value of the solution.
- Ensure sales policies and process are followed by team
- Participate in conferences and represent the company in various national events.
- Great communication skills.
- Startup experience is a plus.
What you need to succeed in this role:
- Experience required: Minimum 10-12 years in sales/ sales related functions
- Experience in Software, IT, SaaS or Cloud-Hosted solutions is preferred
- We prefer people from a tech background and with an MBA from a reputed institution.
- Willing to travel across India. Should have extensive experience in field sales.
