Duties and responsibilities:

- As the Manager, you will be responsible for the strategy, execution, training, relationship-building, sales and monthly billings generated for Xoxoday in respective region.

- Head Customer Acquisition and Key Accounts

- Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels

- Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan towards reaching the assigned goals

- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives

- Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing clients

- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline

- Customer Relationship Management : Understand the customer requirement and pass on the insights towards the product portfolio improvement based on the customer interaction / feedback

- Delivers and customizes client presentations on products & Services.

- Strategize revenue generation and deeper penetration into the account base.

- Responsible for sales and deployment of Enterprise Xoxoday products like Enterprise portals for Employee, Channel and Consumer R&R and Loyalty.

- Ensure effective bridging between internal teams to leverage maximum reach and sales.

- Inform and educate customers about product roadmaps.

- Manage the inside sales team of around 5-8 sales executives and account managers

- Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process

- Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines

- Report on sales metrics - sales target vs achieved, meetings, calls, mails and suggest improvements

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts

- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement

- Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met

- Build an open-communication environment for your team

Desired profile:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Min 8 yrs of Sales/Inside Sales Experience preferably from Saas/ Enterprise.

- Self-motivated to work with the team

- Demonstrated commitment to completing tasks and objectives.

- Excellent research skills, analytical skills, client-interfacing skills, presentation skills, communication skills are a must.

- Highly motivated, persistent and result-oriented.
