Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Acquire New Clients: Proactively search for potential clients in targeted geographies and industries.
- Business Development & Lead Generation: Develop and execute effective strategies to generate qualified leads, utilizing cold calls, emails, networking, and social media.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Create and implement a structured sales plan to achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing & Technical teams to align lead generation efforts, proposals, and presentations.
- Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and commercial offers to potential clients.
- Pipeline & Reporting: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular updates, forecasts, and performance reports to management.
- Client Consultation: Understand client requirements and suggest relevant IT solutions, including Website Design, SEO, Digital Solutions, and Software Development services.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in B2B IT Sales & Business Development.
- Proven track record of lead generation, client acquisition, and closing deals.
Solid understanding of IT Services Sales, including:
- Website Design & Development
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Custom Software Development
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to build long-term business relationships.
- Experience in working with international clients, preferably in USA, UAE, and Europe.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and target-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, lead management platforms, and sales pipeline tracking.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to Digital Marketing concepts.
- Knowledge of IT Project Delivery Lifecycle.
