Xoriant - Product Manager

Role :

We are looking for an innovative and enthusiastic product owner to take on strategic product for our client. This role will require strong understanding of technical concepts, user experience, and excellent collaboration skills in order to capture product requirement aligning to overall product roadmap.

As a key member of cutting edge product team responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- You will be fully responsible for defining priorities and requirements

- Drive first-person workflow & usability studies, field research, and market analysis into product requirements to build best-in-class product experience

- As owner of product requirements in an agile environment, you will work closely with the designers, developers, and QA testers throughout the lifecycle of product development to explain the use cases and scope, design the features, and clarify requirements when needed

- Present product demos and roadmaps to all stakeholders on a regular basis, and will engage with stakeholders to understand their priorities, direction, and problems

- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products

Key Skills :

Mandatory Skills :

- Minimum 4+ years professional product management experience, including delivery of entire products start to finish

- Good understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable application

- Experience in designing simple and intuitive user interfaces ability to create examples through wire frames and mock ups

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment

Other Mandatory Aspects :

- Early/ immediate joiners are welcome

- Ability to spend 20-30% of your time traveling to client location
