Key Result Areas:
- As a key custodian of the XOLO Experience stores, the retail experience manager will have to manage the sellout, visibility and the entire purchase experience in retail.
- Develop, train, monitor and lead the large team of Team Leaders and Customer Consultants across the assigned region
- Will develop along with the NHQ team promoter engagement program and own the same at the assigned region
- Roll out of zonal / national BTL initiatives
- Maintaining product/brand visibility across the assigned outlets within the planned/given resources
- Conceptualization and implementation of promotion and communication plans for increasing the sellout
- Effective budget planning/utilization & cost optimization.
- Strong coordination with internal (various departments) & external customer (vendor/channel partners) for effective & efficient results.
- Monitoring of ATL campaigns, rolled from the corporate office
- Product Training to Team Leaders, Sales Ops team, Customer Consultant

- A Masters degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is required.
