About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our Amazon US marketplace marketing efforts. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing performance-driven strategies across Amazon's advertising ecosystem to drive sales growth, optimize ROI, and enhance our brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising, a strong understanding of eCommerce trends, and a data-driven approach to managing and scaling performance marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective paid media strategies across Amazon US, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Amazon DSP (Demand-Side Platform).
- Budget Management: Oversee the budget allocation and optimization to maximize ROI, ensuring alignment with overall sales and marketing objectives.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to ensure the highest possible efficiency and performance. Perform A/B testing and advanced targeting to drive improvements.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze sales, traffic, conversion rates, and keyword performance metrics to identify insights and opportunities. Use Amazon's reporting tools and third-party analytics to drive decision-making.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and refine campaign strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, creative, and operations teams to ensure campaigns align with product launches, seasonal promotions, and other brand initiatives.
- Amazon Storefront Management: Enhance Amazon storefront, content, and listing optimization to drive organic visibility and conversion rates.
- Performance Reporting: Create regular reports for senior leadership, showcasing key metrics, campaign performance, and ROI. Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations for future initiatives.
- Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest Amazon advertising tools, features, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain competitive and innovative.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2-7 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong preference for candidates with experience managing Amazon US campaigns (Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP, etc.)
- Proven track record of driving growth through Amazon advertising, with experience managing large-scale, high-budget campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Ads Console, Google Analytics, Excel, etc.).
- In-depth understanding of Amazon's algorithms, best practices, and policies, with experience in managing Amazon listings, A+ content, and Amazon Stores.
- Experience with keyword research, product targeting, bid management, and campaign optimization.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
