Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst at XIMKART in Bengaluru. The Business Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as analysing business processes, gathering business requirements, and identifying areas for improvement. They will also work on developing and implementing solutions to increase operational efficiency, collaborating with all relevant stakeholders and teams.

Qualifications:

- Analytical skills, with the ability to analyse complex data and generate insights

- Strong Business Analysis skills, including experience in gathering and documenting requirements, creating functional specifications, and mapping processes

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong understanding of business processes, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to increase efficiency

- Ability to work in a team, collaborate with stakeholders, and build consensus

- Bachelor's/PG degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

- Experience using data visualization and/or business intelligence tools would be beneficial
