Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in generating new business opportunities, particularly in the international market.
- You will be responsible for managing the entire business development and sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Your primary focus will be on selling IT services and technology outsourcing services, ensuring the growth and expansion of our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Development: Identify and develop new business accounts for offshore and onsite projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- End-to-End Sales Process: Manage the complete Business Development and Sales cycle, including database creation, lead generation, account penetration, pursuit strategy, and successful deal closure.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and data mining to identify potential business opportunities in the international market.
- Partnerships: Identify, research, and explore opportunities for partnerships with potential business partners.
- Lead Conversion: Ensure the conversion of qualified leads into successful business engagements.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, consistently contributing to the company's growth.
Must-Have Skills:
Experience: Years of experience in business development within the international market, specifically in selling IT services/technology outsourcing services.
Account Management: Strong account mapping and headhunting skills, with a proven track record of successfully engaging large conglomerates and global customers, including CXOs/CIOs.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.
Team Collaboration: A self-starter who can work effectively within a strong team culture while driving individual sales initiatives.
Consultative Selling: Ability to build strong rapport, establish trust and credibility through a consultative approach, and balance assertive sales follow-up without being overly aggressive
