Xiaomi - Retail Operations Manager - West Region

- Coordination with Business development team for identifying potential site

- Preparing a business case for New identified market cluster / store location

- Support to Business development team during the signup of new site

- Support to Projects team In local coordination

- Hiring of store staff short listing of CVs & 1st level Interview process

- Sales planning : Forecasting & store level sellout planning

- Preparing BTL marketing plan at store level & coordination with marketing team to ensure ground level execution

- Tracking day to day sellout at product category level for all stores

- Day to day tracking of store manpower for attendance, hygiene & sellout performance

- Regional / Local support structure for all teams ( expansion, Projects, marketing, category, sales planning, store staff management etc)

- End to End ownership of assigned stores sales, marketing, staff management, project management, category management, training etc
