- Program manager will work closely with different business units to work on projects that have will significant cross-category company-wide impact.
- This role will report into the CBO. It will require strong analytical and process building abilities in addition developing the right working relationship with all the relevant category stakeholders.
- The broad scope of the job demands a factual, direct style of communication, self-discipline with attention to detail. The projects will be manifold cutting across broad range of domains with an intent to help improve business outcomes for the company.
Responsibilities
- Create / Modify & build repeatable processes for business operations - Works with category, sales, finance & IT teams to understand new requirements and build the processes to enable the requisite outcomes
- Manage the entire lifecycle of the projects and take end of end ownership of the implementing the projects - Prepare various planning documents (SOW, resources planning, meeting minutes, etc.); monitor and report on project progress to ensure that all activities and tasks proceed in an appropriate manner to reach target dates.
- Helping define & improve the existing key performance indicators (KPI) and building out the measurement tools for the KPIs
- Identify and work on new business initiatives by interfacing with external & internal stakeholders.
