The Mi.com / Online Sales Program manager would function as the Chief of Staff for the HOD and would responsible for coordinating Planning, Project Management, Driving Data visibility and analysis and Problem solving across the functions
Role and Responsibilities:
- Oversee strategic business projects - such as prime devices, device locking, Mi.com Exchange coupons, from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads
- Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management - especially for New Launches (Phones, TV, Ecosystem), Large Sale Events
- Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity
- Keep a track of Performance-based incentives (backend margins) for partners
- Coordinate with KAMs and ensure that Online Sales SOPs are being done regularly (Banner refreshes etc.)
- Managing the DOA / Returned stocks with the After Sales team. Also enabling it for some of the newer categories.
- Work with the Functional leads and Identify business requirements to support growth and drive cross functional projects to deliver the required capacity (Project management)
Requirements:
- MBA with 6-10 years of experience across Retail, e-Commerce, & Consumer Tech industries.
- Super strong analytical & communication skills
- Prior project management experience.
- Must be 'Hands on'Problem solving orientation
- Must be a good Team player focused on collaborative problem solving
- Must possess strong influencing skills, ability to demonstrate accountability without authority
