Xiaomi - Product Manager - MIUI Vertical

Responsibilities :

- Research user behavior, confirm requirements

- Design resolution plan for requirements and problems, and make it happen

- Help products get more users, better reputation, or more revenue

- Be responsible for your products or features, not only for the faults, but also for the performance, even for the revenue

- The app/area you may work in: tool apps, all kinds of content apps, commercial/AD products, system optimizing, cloud, O2O service etc.

Qualifications :

- Eager to learn and experience different area

- Spoken and written working fluency in English

- Familiar with mobile internet environment and all kinds of product

- Good sense on how to make product easy to use

- Be good at using flow/chart to express, not just words

- Good communication with good logic

- Experience in Mobile Internet product for at least 2 years

Preferred qualifications :

- Familiar with Xiaomi Inc. products and culture, MIUI user

- Experienced how a product/feature/business from 0 to 1

- UI/UE design background
