Xiaomi - Product Manager - Consumer Lending

We have an opportunity for a Product Manager role. PFB JD for the role.

Responsibilities :

- Determine customers' needs and desires by conducting relevant market research

- Stay on top of online product market trends and conduct analysis of the competing products to optimize user experience

- Generate product requirements, determine product specification and production timelines.

- Help determine product pricing by utilizing market research data and anticipating sales volume

- Responsible for customers acquisition and scaling user growth

- Coordinate with PM and other team members of headquarter and maintain effective communication between China and India

Qualifications :

- 3 years+ of working experiences as a product manager/business development lead in consumer lending/loan/EMI/Credit or payment area

- Familiar with mobile internet and other relevant products

- Fast learner and the ability to quickly adapt to multicultural environment

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Fluent in English
