Roles & responsibilities:

- Managing the finance & Accounting of the borrower company with special focus on efficiency and effectiveness of monthly transactions and report generation.

- Manage transaction records in the loan management system

- Identify and mitigate risk of transactions and portfolio.

- Ensuring Accurate and timely Accounting by the team, verification of financial transactions and related reconciliations.

- Ensuring timely payment of statutory dues and filing relevant returns, dealing with external and internal stake holders for processing the transactions.

- Co-ordination with Tax Auditors and Tax Consultants.

- Verification of all the transaction (bank /cash /journal vouchers) and Bank Reconciliations, vendor reconciliations etc

- Maintain various income, expense, asset and liability related schedules, finalization of accounts

- Ensuring timely information and MIS for all external and internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

- A CA with 3 years+ of experience with hands on experience in NBFC or banks.

- Experience in risk management and NBFC portfolio management.

- Experience of handling end to end finance at a BANK / NBFC / Financial Institution is an advantage
