Xiaomi - Manager/Senior Manager - TV Business

JD for the role of TV Lead.

Please note that we need candidates who have worked on TV category for a duration of at least 3-5 years. Exposure to TV as a product is mandatory.

Job Description :

- Own and drive the entire Mi TV project in India market

- Develop and drive execution of the project's operational strategies and objectives, which should be in accordance with the company's overall strategic planning

- Coordinate internal and external resources effectively, including relationship maintenance with partners

- Oversee project planning and operations, including project evaluation, cost control, schedule control, quality assessment, risk management, and procurement management

- Apply a systematic approach to project management, track the progress and highlight potential issues periodically, work on status reports

- Responsible for building the TV team, provide training and give performance appraisal

Job Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree or higher in business management or project management, 5+ years of related experiences
