Major Responsibilities
- Inventory management: Optimise stock allocation to improve market share as per channel lead time, daily run-rate and market trends
- Sales Planning: Create accurate and timely forecast SKU wise, region wise sales based on the past trend and present market condition
- Sales Performance Analysis: Perform sales analysis and highlight anomalies/ changing trend
- Sales Team Performance: Define sales team performance KPI's and monitor and share report with the sales team
Education/Experience:-
- Graduate or Post Graduate from a reputed college - IIT / BITS / IIM only
- 2-5 years of work experience in analytical problem solving
- Sincere / Driven / Strong interpersonal and communication Skills
- Strong ability to structure ambiguous business situations into analytically tractable frameworks
- FMCG experience is an added advantage
