Xiaomi - Associate Product Manager/Product Manager - Mi.com

Responsibilities

- New feature development for Mi Store App/Website for improved customer experience, business optimizations & operational efficiency

- Understanding business need, market research, generating product requirement, defining execution strategy, aligning tech team for implementation

- Working very closely with HQ product & tech team to solve for India specific issues

- Develop solutions to enable achievement of Mi.com business KPIs

- Ownership of key Mi.com functionalities - Insurance & Warranty, Mi Exchange & Mi Gift cards

- Including enhancements, maintenance, tracking product performance

- End-to end third party integrations for following verticals - payments, logistics, insurance

- Work with multiple internal & external stakeholders to bring to fruition

- Enable support functions with system improvements - finance, customer service

Skills :

- Prior experience in e-commerce product management - understands customer needs

- Work Experience - 1.5-2 years

- Good understanding of tech

- Great analytical & logical skills

- Strong prioritization & negotiation ability

- Team-player, works collaboratively, thinks out of the box
