Role Summary As a core member of the Xiaomi team, the service manager will be primarily responsible for setting up and running after sales service operations of Xiaomi in Sri Lanka. This position is a key specialist role managing the warranty, after sales services for Xiaomi Products in Sri Lanka including management of Service partners, Walk-in Centers, and Spare parts logistics. Key Responsibilities - The formulation of overseas service policy, and to streamline the organization; - The data of different business departments, provide business improvement and readjust the opinion, cooperate with the company internal resources, and continuously improve customer satisfaction - Leading the service readiness of new products in the country or region - The management, supervision and evaluation of the local after-sales agency. - Overseas after-sales service contract signing and negotiation - Solving customer complaints, coordinate after-sales agency to provide a satisfactory solution Desired Skills: Experience 4 to 8 Years of experience in After Sales Operations Education : Graduation/ Post Graduation is mandatory Interpersonal Skills : Team Player, Cooperation Proficiency of listening, speaking, reading and writing, English can be used as working language Soft Skills : Attention to Detail, Adaptive / Quick Learner, Receptive to feedback, Responsive Strong Values system :Integrity / Work Ethics,Accountable /Ownership
