Job Summary:

Department: Operations

Location: Gurgaon

Reports to (Position): Head, Operations-Returns & Refunds

Relationships: Internal: Heads of Operations & Categories

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Business process improvements in Returns across the Customer Services function

- Responsible for conceptualization, implementation and compliance of Business process

- Understanding of Key Trends and issues to determine areas of improvement in the existing processes

- Coordination with diverse internal stakeholders to create action plan for improvement in Business Processes

- Pre-determining the success of the projects & their impact on Business Performance

- Taking initiatives geared towards Overall Business impact & implementing Best practices in the industry

Qualification: B. Tech /MBA from premier Colleges with experience in Operations/Consulting

Skills, Abilities, and Competencies:

- Must have a working understanding of Operations / eCommerce industry

- Must have very strong analytical mind, Problem solving skills and good communications skills.

- Excellent interpersonal skills required to build, support and participate in cross functional or category teams & Good team player.

- Well versed in Microsoft Excel and creating presentations using Power point, MS Visio, etc

- Excellent project planning, change & time management capabilities.

- Ability to execute improvements in Business Processes

- Candidates who can join within a span of 10-15 days/earliest will be preferred
