Online Reputation Management :

- The candidate will be responsible for analyzing and monitoring the online reputation of Jabong.

- The candidate will manage and direct the team to maintain average response time on social media and other channels.

- The candidate must have knowledge of response management for App reviews.

- The candidate should have prior experience in handling ORM team and running projects individually.

- The candidate needs to work with various stakeholders of operation, marketing and PR team.

- The candidate needs to create reports on weekly and monthly basis offering a holistic view of online performance of Brand.

- The candidate should have worked on at least one ORM tool.

The candidates with following skills will be preferred :

- Creating online campaigns related to brand reputation.

- Prior experience of creating pool of online promoters.
