As a Pre-Sales Consultant specializing in Martech and Sales Tech Architecture, you will play a critical role in our sales process by providing technical expertise and strategic insights to prospective clients. Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between client needs and our solutions, ensuring a tailored fit that drives value and success. You will work closely with the sales team, leveraging your deep knowledge of marketing and sales technologies to design and present robust, scalable architectures that address client challenges and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and business objectives. Engage with clients to gather technical and functional requirements.
- Solution Design: Develop and present customized Martech and Sales Tech architectures that align with client needs. Create comprehensive solution proposals, including technical diagrams, integration plans, and implementation roadmaps.
- Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in marketing and sales technologies. Provide technical guidance and thought leadership on Martech and Sales Tech best practices.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and technical workshops, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of our solutions. Address technical questions and concerns from clients.
- Proposal Development: Assist in the preparation of RFP/RFI responses, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with client requirements. Contribute to the development of compelling business cases and ROI analyses.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, and professional services teams to ensure seamless transitions from pre-sales to post-sales phases. Provide feedback on client needs and market trends to inform product development.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, technical requirements, and solution designs. Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with key client stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and go-to resource for technical insights and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or a related role, with a focus on marketing and sales technologies.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Martech and Sales Tech platforms, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, customer data platforms (CDPs), and related technologies. Proficiency in solution design and technical architecture.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
