Xeno - Senior Role - Analytics

We are looking for an entrepreneurial candidate who enjoys playing with data and can find intricate details from it, thus helping the team to prove impact to clients and help brands grow their business. You- d be playing a key role to grow the Xeno business from under $1M in revenue to over $20M over the next few years.

This role is as close as it gets to building your own business. You- ll be working directly with the founders, strategizing with them & playing a massive role in the future of the business. The role is a pure hustler role and requires a candidate who is extremely motivated, dedicated, and passionate about entrepreneurship. Xeno enables brands to delight customers with their marketing by creating 1 million unique campaigns for their 1 million existing customers. The result is a 150% increase in revenue from its marketing campaigns.

What You'll Do :

- Partner with our clients to deliver predictable outcomes and experiences for their clients and predictable growth for their business by:

- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports

- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality

- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs

- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

- Redefine analytics for enterprise brands.

What We're Looking For :

- Experience - 3+ years

- Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst

- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques

- Strong knowledge and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL, etc).

- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, Python, R (Optional), etc)

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings

- Experience with Data Visualization Tools like Tableau, MatplotLib etc. is a plus
