What you'll do:
1) Make Data Driven Decisions-Utilize data analytics, AI, and ML techniques to analyze customer data, usage patterns, and feedback, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing ROI and revenue while improving marketing effectiveness.
2) Ensure Client Success:Provide dedicated support to assigned clients, ensuring they have an exceptional experience with Xeno products. This involves offering personalized CRM and Loyalty program consultation tailored to their specific needs and goals.
3) Strategy and Implementation:Develop and implement cutting-edge CRM strategies that not only meet industry standards but also adapt to the evolving KPIs and objectives of our clients. This includes leveraging data insights to optimize CRM practices for maximum efficiency and impact.
4) Campaign Management:Oversee the seamless execution of CRM campaigns across various channels, ensuring that each campaign resonates effectively with the target audience and contributes to the achievement of overarching business objectives. This role involves directing and coordinating the efforts of Associate Consultants to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
5) Customer Lifecycle Specialist:Design and implement comprehensive customer lifecycle journeys, utilizing CRM marketing triggers to nurture and strengthen customer relationships over time. By analyzing customer behavior and engagement, this role aims to optimize the customer experience at every stage of the lifecycle.
6) Value Optimization Expert:Continuously identify opportunities for maximizing customer value through strategic initiatives such as upselling and cross-selling. This involves closely monitoring customer feedback and behavior to tailor value enhancement strategies that drive growth and customer satisfaction.
Key skills:1) SQL and Excel experience is a must.
2) Aptitude for problem-solving and quantitative skills, Comfortable in dealing with numbers and calculation
3) Strong experience working on at least one database mining language (SAS/R/SQL/Python etc) and experience working with databases
4) Ability to pull insights from Raw Data sets
5) Excellent Logical ability, Good written and interpersonal skills
6) Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment, working in a team- oriented, collaborative environment
7) Self-motivated, Inquisitive and curious, Goal-oriented, detail-oriented, ambitious, and strong ability to follow through on commitments
8) Experience working in the retail industry (/ F&B/ Beauty Cosmetics /hospitality /telecom) / is a bonus
