We're looking for an entrepreneurial candidate who wants to manage & grow Xeno's Enterprise/Named clients, thus driving adoption and outcomes leading to renewals, expansion, and advocacy. You'd be playing a key role to grow the Xeno business from under $1M in revenue to over $20M over the next few years.
This role is as close as it gets to building your own business. You'll be working directly with the founders, strategizing with them & playing a massive role in the future of the business. The role is a pure hustler role and requires a candidate who is extremely motivated, dedicated, and passionate about entrepreneurship. What You'll Do:
- Partner with our clients to deliver predictable outcomes and experiences for their clients and predictable growth for their business by:
- Delivering and communicating ROI for our clients, throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Representing the voice of the customer to inform our sales process and product roadmap
- Identify opportunities for customers to act as Xeno advocates (e.g. testimonials, case studies)
- Marshall resources across the Xeno org as needed to support customers needs
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management or another client-facing role
- Experience working with large enterprise customers
- Strong leadership skills
- Impressive executive presence and communication abilities
- Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes
- Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals
- Results-driven mentality, with a bias for speed and action
- Comfort in a startup environment where we move quickly and wear many hats in a dynamic environment
