Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and growth-oriented People Success Manager with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic People team at Xeno. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an people success professional to develop strategic skills while making a significant impact on our people practices and company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Assist in developing and implementing people initiatives that support Xeno's business goals and enhance employee experience.
2) Design and implement innovative engagement strategies for Xeno's hybrid work environment, ensuring connectivity and collaboration across in-office and remote teams
3) Develop and execute an adaptive onboarding program that effectively integrates new hires into Xeno's culture, whether they're working remotely, in-office, or in a hybrid capacity.
4) Collaborate with the leadership team to shape and implement strategic initiatives, bringing valuable people-centric insights to key business decisions.
5) Drive the evolution of our performance management approach, focusing on continuous feedback, people growth, and strategies to identify, develop, and retain high performers
6) Serve as a trusted advisor for people, providing guidance and escalating complex matters to appropriate channels. Foster a positive work environment by actively listening to people's concerns and championing well-being initiatives.
7) Spearhead the development of a data-driven HR function, leveraging analytics to inform strategic decision-making and demonstrate ROI on people initiatives
Qualifications
1) Entrepreneurial mindset with 2-4 years of work experience in a people-oriented role.
2) Experience in a startup or high-growth tech company
3) Demonstrable commitment to continuous improvement with a high degree of initiative.
4) Ability to own problems and deliver end-to-end solutions
5) Not afraid to aim for audacious goals, try new things and learn on the go.
6) Brilliant communication skills partnered with strong analytical skills.
7) Experience in facilitating and influencing decision making.
8) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9) Ability to understand and interact with internal and external teams.
10) Passionate about building and scaling high-performing setups.
