Job Description:
- Experience in hands on configuration of salesforce platform features (Roles, Profiles, Validations rules, Workflows, Assignment rules, Approval processes, Reports/Dashboards, Access Control, Custom objects/Fields)
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Experience in analysis of business requirements and evaluating fitment with salesforce features.
- Strong knowledge of SFDC features.
- Advanced SFDC user/administrator skills (including using queues, security setup, process builder, email templates, flows)
- Experience in data migration and tools such as data loader.
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience with Salesforce Portals and Communities.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently configure solutions with high quality standards.
- Be subject matter expert in CRM systems and Salesforce.
- Collaborate with other teams to make Salesforce insights meaningful and actionable, and participate in our knowledge-sharing culture by helping the entire team level up
- Efficiently cater for the fast-pace working environment.
- Experience in both Sales and Service Cloud
Qualification:
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Certified Salesforce.com Administrator
