Xebia - Principal Solution Architect - Cyber Security

Job Description

As a Cyber Security Solution Architect, candidate will be responsible for building COEs and solutions to new and as well as existing clients of Company. He / She will establish a deep understanding of our customer's business and technical needs, create a - trusted technical advisor- relationship with our customer's technologists and internal technical teams, develop solution architecture framework to support outcome selling at an enterprise level.

To be credible he or she must have current and deep experience across a broad portfolio of security technologies and platforms as well as security fundamentals across the Microsoft stack. Solutions Architect are expected to maintain effective product group relationships. Understanding of competitive technology enables the Architect to properly assess feasibility of migrating customer solutions from, and/or integrating with customer solutions hosted on, non-Microsoft platforms.

Required Skills

The candidate must be dynamic, committed, capable of being an effective individual contributor and as well as a team player. He / She must be able to quickly add value to our business and demonstrate skills and experience in the technologies listed below:

- 12+ years in Enterprise Application development - Microsoft or Non Microsoft technology

- 5+ years in architecting, planning, testing and deploying Microsoft Security and Cybersecurity Solutions as appropriate

- Hands on experience in conducting Application Threat modelling and analysis, Performing OWASP-10, Ethical Hacking and Static & Dynamic Analysis

- Strong experience in using OOPS concepts, Design Pattern and Test Driven Development

- Experience in Consulting pre-sales

- Experience giving presentations to executive audiences and explaining the benefits of the platform over competitors

- Ability to lead and motivate technical communities

- Hands on experience using NIST cybersecurity framework would be plus

Qualification

- MS/MTech/ME in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent with minimum of 60% marks or more

- Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (COBIT) certification would be plus
