Job Description:
Job Title: Global Alliance Manager (Banking & Financial Services)
Location: Gurgaon / Bangalore / Mumbai / Pune / Chennai / Hyderabad
Role Summary:
- Xebia seeks an Alliance Manager to drive strategic partnerships within the banking and financial services (BFS) sector.
- This role will focus on building alliances with top consulting firms and product companies, positioning Xebia as a preferred system integrator and reseller partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Alliance Development: Identify, establish & manage high-value alliances with major consulting firms and product companies in BFS.
- Certification & Skills Alignment: Identify certifications and techno-functional skills required for Xebia to operate as a successful system integrator for each partner.
- Business Planning & Enablement: Collaborate with leadership to develop go-to-market strategies and enablement programs with partners, aligning on joint objectives.
- Sales Support: Work with sales and marketing teams to develop partner-driven value propositions, co-branded materials, and sales training.
- Performance Management: Set KPIs and report on alliance performance, resolving issues impacting partnership success.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or technology; MBA preferred
Experience: 12 to 16 years in alliance or partner management within IT consulting or tech environments, with a BFS focus.
- Should have experience managing alliances for one or more enterprise banking systems, such as core banking, loan management, payment hubs, card management, risk management, regulatory reporting, treasury management, wealth management, or fraud detection systems.
- Industry Knowledge: Sound understanding of BFS digital transformation and banking technology solutions.
- Communication: Excellent ability to articulate value propositions and drive alignment with partners
