- We are looking for experienced professionals for roles in control testing, and internal audit, especially focusing on the second and third line of defence.

Your key responsibilities:

- Experience in at least one banking business segment (e.g. Wealth Management, Institutional Banking and Consumer Banking) with related in- depth product knowledge

- Understand processes + associated risks and controls

- Proficiency in control testing i.e. Design Effectiveness Testing [DET] and Operating Effectiveness Testing [OET] carried out in 2LoD - Risk and Control

- Function or Operational Risk or Enterprise Risk Management or Business Risk Management OR 3LoD - IA capacity

- Review test sheets/test scripts + testing outcome per testing performed

- Discuss and validate findings with relevant stakeholders and agree on severity (based on control testing framework) and action plan

- Communicate control testing results to senior management/relevant stakeholders

- Issue Validation - Monitor remediation progress with agreed timeline and perform re-testing post remediation

- Review issue log/reports/work papers/status updates/presentations

- Performing QC to ensure adherence to control testing principles and standards

- Demonstrate industry expertise (detailed understanding of the industry, trends, issues/challenges and leading practices)

What are we looking for?

- 8+ years of relevant experience

- CA/MBA in Finance or Masters in similar and relevant field

- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, networking, teaming and problem-solving skills

- Ability to prioritise deliverables effectively to achieve optimum results
