Role:
XAMCHECK is looking for Manager- Marketing to drive its marketing initiatives in Tamil Nadu. The key responsibilities will be building brand awareness and formulating and executing marketing campaigns leading to achievement of exponential growth targets.
This is a very entrepreneurial role that requires ambition yet a grounded approach to make things happen. The person will be expected (and supported) to enable the brand to stand out in terms of mind-space and market share. The brand is expected to resonate among all stakeholders (students, teachers, parents and school owners).
Goals:
1. Build brand awareness in the market
2. Conceptualize, develop and launch marketing campaigns to generate leads to support the sales efforts. A key focus will be on events and direct marketing.
3. Optimize marketing budget utilization aligned to growth targets.
Required education, skills and experience:
1. Post-Graduation from a premier institute (IIMs,ISB, FMS, XLRI, MICA etc)
2. 1-3 years of experience in Marketing (B2B experience desirable e.g. media, IT, education, medical equipment,etc).
3. Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
4. Excellent analytical skills. Creative bent of mind or ability to tango well with creative folks will be a plus.
5. Ability to work in entrepreneurial environment without supervision. Should be a self-starter and task focused.
