You will be responsible for designing, developing and executing BTL and Trade Marketing campaigns across the country to ensure brand visibility, lead generation and channel activation to meet the business goals.  Reports To - Business Head  Roles and Responsibilities :  - Designing, developing and executing the BTL & trade marketing strategy to achieve defined business goals.  - Creating templates for execution of BTL campaigns including events and ensuring that BTL activities are done as per the defined template.  - Identifying, negotiating and following up with BTL Vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of branding materials for BTL campaigns.  - Designing, developing, implementing and evaluating trade marketing campaigns on time and within budget to maximize the ROI and ensure channel partner activation.  - Developing and executing the BTL and trade marketing calendar of activities and special promotions in coordination with the business team.  - Monitoring and evaluating Trade Marketing and BTL Campaigns to measure effectiveness and making course correction as required.  - Interacting with regional business teams to ensure execution as per the defined guidelines.  Qualifications & Experience  - An MBA/PGDBM degree in Marketing  - 3-6 years of experience in Marketing with at least a couple of years in BTL and trade marketing  Traits :  - Task focused approach- A go-getter who gets things done.
