Role:
XAMCHECK is looking for Key Account Sales Managers (KASM) for Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Maharashtra based out of Chennai, Bangalore and Pune respectively.
The KASM will be responsible for selling XAMCHECK products to large schools/ school groups.
Locations: Chennai, Bangalore and Pune
Goals:
- Meet key decision makers of all large schools/ school groups in the state.
- Achieve individual sales target and forge new key account relationships.
Required skills and experience:
Sales Skills and Experience:
- 2-5 years of key account sales experience (e.g. IT, Media, Banking, Medical equipment, education, other B2B industries, etc)
- Confidence and ability to make a strong positive impression on senior/ high profile customers
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and respective regional language
- Excellent negotiation skills with good track record of closing sales and meeting revenue targets
- High intensity work ethic with fire in the belly. Perseverant. Willing to go the extra mile.
- Ability to stretch and work under pressure.
- Problem solving: Should be able to identify road blocks and get around them.
- Quick learning: Should be able to understand the market dynamics quickly and make course corrections.
Desirable attributes:
- Graduate/ Post graduate from a reputed institute (IIMs, IIMs, ISB, IITs, NITs, XLRI, FMS, SPJain, MDI, IIFT,etc)
