Job description:
The Business Development professional will play a pivotal role in expanding X Arterian's market presence and driving revenue growth. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with our innovative product development teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Uncover and qualify prospective customer needs, understand business processes, identify opportunities, and ascertain value-adding areas.
- Research target companies and key decision-makers to identify their business challenges and need for solutions.
- Effectively introduce and represent the product.
- Write compelling emails and tell engaging stories that leave prospective customers wanting to learn more about the product's value.
- Schedule opportunities to engage with prospects and the sales team.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to continuously improve lead generation and follow-up processes.
- Qualify accounts for short- and medium-term opportunities.
Qualification:
- 1-3 years of experience in telemarketing, customer service, inside sales, business development, or Sales development with enterprise software or high-tech products and services; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Expertise in outbound calling, prospecting, lead generation, and explaining concepts clearly, with strong listening and communication skills.
- Ability to lead prospects to understand the value of solutions, communicate effectively with senior executives via multiple channels, and exhibit patience and persistence.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce.com), good computer skills, and a strong foundation in IT technologies and enterprise information infrastructure.
