WWF India - City Head - Individual Fundraising

4-7 years experience in Fundraising/ Sales/ Marketing. Prior experience of fund-raising for the Development sector would be added advantage. Proven sales abilities with sound target achievement record, and comfortable with holding and meeting fund raising goals.

Specific Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities-:

- Training and motivating new recruits under Face to Face team.

- Responsible for managing a team of fundraisers working on donor acquisition and retentions.

- Collaborate with Outreach officer and approach corporate seeking permissions to put up kiosks and solicit donations from employees

- Managing, developing and training the Face To Face teams for meeting desired targets and undertake expansion of the teams as well

- Must be able to build new, and strengthen the existing relationships with key donors, build fund-raising capacity of fundraising team and inducting new staff for fundraising

- Use existing donor database and create bonding / trust with the donors. Hold weekly meetings; discuss task delegation and review issues

- To be responsible for expansion of Face to Face team

- In conjunction with Line Manager set quarterly & yearly targets and objectives

- Remuneration will be competitive with Indian NGO pay scales and will depend upon candidates experience levels and the overall WWF-India salary structure. WWF-India does not provide housing, telephone or vehicle facilities.
