Role Overview: We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Key Account Manager to join our team in Bengaluru.
In this crucial role, you'll be responsible for closing high-value deals and managing strategic client relationships, driving our company's growth in the digital health sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targets
- Work, mentor and lead business development representatives for sustainable lead generation
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships at the executive level
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Negotiate complex contracts and service agreements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Provide regular reporting on account status, pipeline, and revenue forecasts
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and our product innovations
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns
- Work closely with product teams to align our solutions with client requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise sales or account management, preferably in healthcare tech or SaaS
- Proven track record of closing large, complex deals and managing key accounts
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in mental and behavioral health
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization
- Experience with CRM systems and sales methodologies
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
