Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and identify potential clients within the healthcare industry.
- Conduct in-depth research on target markets and competitors.
- Execute outreach campaigns through phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Achieve monthly quotas for qualified leads and scheduled appointments.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and the latest developments in digital health.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Background in psychology, mental health, or allied disciplines is preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in the healthcare or SaaS industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to learn and articulate complex product information.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
