- We are seeking a strategic and experienced professional to join our team in a key leadership role focused on Omni Channel Marketing Strategy and Digital Content Production for our Pharma clients.


- As a program Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive omni channel marketing strategies, with a strong emphasis on digital channels.


- You will also oversee end-to-end digital content production, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with the omni channel strategy.


- We are looking for a candidate who can provide strategic guidance, drive results, and foster innovation in the field of omni channel marketing and digital content production


What youll be doing ?


- Develop and implement comprehensive omni channel marketing strategies, leveraging digital channels as a key component, to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversion rates.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, including website, social media, email, mobile apps, and paid advertising platforms.


- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in omni channel marketing and digital technologies, leveraging emerging tools and platforms to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.


- Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to monitor and evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.


- Oversee end-to-end digital content production, including ideation, creation, curation, and distribution of high-quality content across digital channels.


- Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and storytelling across all digital channels, maintaining brand integrity and enhancing customer experience.


- Lead and manage a team of Omni channel marketing professionals and digital content producers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to foster their professional growth and ensure high-quality deliverables.


- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing and content production, incorporating relevant insights into strategies and operations.


- Keep abreast of regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements related to digital marketing and content production, ensuring all activities align with the clients brand guidelines.


- Drive a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the marketing team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting a customer-centric mindset.. What youll need:. Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.


- Proven experience (16+ years) in omni channel marketing strategy and digital content production, ideally within a digital agency or marketing department.


- Strong knowledge and understanding of the pharmaceutical marketing landscape, including regulatory requirements and industry best practices.


- Strong knowledge and understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and platforms, including but not limited to website, social media, email marketing, mobile apps, and paid advertising.


- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful omni channel marketing strategies with a strong focus on digital channels.


- Solid understanding of end-to-end digital content production processes, including ideation, creation, curation, and distribution.


- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing and mentoring teams to deliver high-quality results.


- Analytical mindset and proficiency in data-driven decision-making, leveraging metrics and insights to optimize digital marketing strategies.


- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.


- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in omni channel marketing and digital content production.


- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver projects on time and within budget.


- A strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to translate business objectives into innovative omni channel marketing and digital content solutions.
