Role Summary :
The HR Administrator responsible for supporting the delivery of a high quality HR service by providing comprehensive HR administrative support and providing advice and guidance to ensure that all processes are followed in accordance with our company policies.
Responsibilities :

- WSP are seeking someone with at least 3+ years experience in a HR support role to be based in our iCRC office in India and support the Middle East HR team in all HR administration matters, ensuring excellent service to our internal clients.
- Reporting to Senior HR Administrator in India, you will be working closely with other Administrators in iCRC and Middle East and manage the quality of services to the Middle East.
- You will be fully responsible to inputting and amending the employee data and ensuring the integrity of data within the HR Management Information System (Agresso) i.e. setting up a new joiner's profile, relation tab changes, etc., leave management for all Business Unit i.e. monthly reconciliation and Audit Records Management (QA & QC on folder naming, file saving). You will be responsible to manage the HR Page in the BMS and ensure that all HR documents are as per the BMS guidelines.
- You will also responsible for ensuring all HR administration requests by employees or the HR team are responded to. You should be proficient in report writing, data analysis and generating management information.
- If required, you'll assist the HR Business Partners and Recruitment Team with employment contract drafting for new employees, amendments to contract for existing or transferring employees, mobilisation and demobilisation process and updating the various trackers.
