As a key HR business partner at WSA, you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving key people initiatives across multiple areas of expertise and build HR capabilities for our diverse and evolving organization in India.

Base Location: Hyderabad, Gachibowli

Primary Objective:

- Be the go-to HR advisor, bringing expertise and agility to our evolving HR partnership model.

- As a key player in our APAC HR team, you'll drive impactful people strategies that fuel growth, ensuring seamless HR delivery across every pivotal moment in the employee lifecycle.

Role Summary:

- With WSA expanding its operations in India, we need a sharp, adaptive HR Business Partner to support our growth journey and build a scalable, high-performance organization.

- You'll work closely with senior leadership, delivering strategic, tactical, and hands-on HR solutions to foster an engaging, high-impact work environment aligned with our WSA values and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Organizational Development & Talent Strategy:

- Shape the future of our organization by identifying current and future needs.

- Facilitate talent mapping, succession planning, and development that challenge and elevate leaders to be fair, objective, and growth-focused.

Culture & Transformation Leadership:

- Be a change agent, championing our cultural journey to embed a high-performance mindset.

- Act as a coach and advisor, empowering leaders to align with WSA's core beliefs and values.

Employee Engagement & Experience:

- Drive a positive employee experience by partnering with leaders to enhance engagement across all key moments.

- Use survey insights to create actionable, meaningful engagement plans and keep a pulse on our workforce.

Ownership of Global HR Processes:

- Lead the deployment and enhancement of HR processes supported by digital tools to create a self-service-driven, efficient organization.

- Collaborate across global, regional, and local HR teams.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Business Acumen:

- Understand the nuances of software & technology teams and commercial sales, blending HR strategy with market insights.

Legal & Cultural Knowledge:

- In-depth understanding of labor laws, with experience operating in global, matrixed environments.

Data-Driven Approach:

- Skilled at using HR data and analytics to tell compelling stories and make informed decisions that align with business objectives.

Project Leadership:

- Design and deliver impactful projects within your area while supporting broader APAC initiatives.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

- 8+ years as an HR Business Partner with multinational experience; startup or scaling experience is a plus.

- Proven track record in HR transformation, coaching, and leadership development.

- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in an international setting; fluency in English is essential.

Preferred:

- Experience with MedTech, manufacturing, or tech industries and familiarity with Success Factors is a plus.
