Job Description:
- WsCube Tech is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Business Development Associate to join their growing team in Jodhpur.
- In this role, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth by identifying potential customers within the education sector, engaging prospects, and closing deals for their tech powered upskilling programs.
- You will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure, while collaborating with marketing and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Utilize CRM software and other tools to identify and qualify potential customers within the education sector (schools, universities, training institutions).
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Build targeted prospect lists and develop strategies for outreach.
Sales Communication:
- Make outbound calls to engage prospects and discuss WsCube Tech's upskilling programs.
- Conduct virtual meetings and product demonstrations to showcase value propositions and address customer needs.
- Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to specific client requirements.
Sales Process Management:
- Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure deals.
- Close deals and obtain customer signatures to finalize agreements.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and support for new clients.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their concerns and providing ongoing support.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional programs and services.
Data Management:
- Utilize CRM software to accurately record sales activities and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Generate performance reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing and other departments to align sales strategies and ensure effective lead generation and customer support.
- Provide feedback to product and development teams on customer needs and requirements.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field (preferably within the education sector).
- Strong understanding of the EdTech landscape and current trends in upskilling programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Proficiency in sales methodologies and techniques (BANT, MEDDIC).
- Experience with CRM software is a strong plus.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred (Master's degree a plus).
