Job Description :
Role: Senior Role in LPO reporting into Business Head BPO Services
Job responsibilities:
1. Competency build for all services of LPO - document review, eDiscovery, Contract drafting, legal research and Intellectual Property
2. Partner with Sales, Design and fully implement a strategic plan for the line of business across US, UK and Europe or any other location
3. Leverage professional connect to establish new business opportunity
4. Partner with and leverage insight from Sales Team to stay knowledgeable and up-to-date on market conditions, and the business and operational needs of our customers
5. Devise GTM for the line of business
6. Develop process improvement techniques in line with technology adoptions
7. Create organization structure, project team in line with business expectations
Qualifications and Eligibility
1. Graduate/PG preferably with Law
2. 15 to 20 yrs of BPO/KPO experience with 10+ years in LPO handling Lit Support, Document Review, e-Discovery, Contract and Patents processes.
3. Proven experience in starting or building LPO business from scratch
4. Strong hold on P&L management
5. Stakeholder management, people and process management.
