Roles and Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage Shillim Collective programs, ensuring alignment with goals.
- Collaborate with artists, scholars, and stakeholders for program success.
- Oversee project timelines, objectives, and deliverables.
- Handle administrative tasks and maintain program documentation.
- Document and evaluate program processes and outcomes.
- Manage post-residency activities and gather feedback.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant degree or certification in Project Management.
- Graduate/Post Graduate MSW or in Arts, Cultural Management, or related field: MBA will be a plus.
- Proven experience in project management and program coordination.
- Understanding of India's arts and creative industries.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for conservation and sustainable development.
- Proficiency in administrative and documentation tasks
